1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the Airtable Lead Enricher extension ("Extension", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
🎯 Official Extension: This is the official Airtable extension for the DataHQ Lead Enricher Apify actor. DataHQ owns and operates both the extension, the underlying Apify actor, and the Vercel proxy infrastructure. All intellectual property, code, and services are owned by DataHQ.
2. Description of Service
The Airtable Lead Enricher is the official extension for the DataHQ Lead Enricher Apify actor. The extension:
- Reads company information from your Airtable records
- Enriches this data using third-party services (Apify, Google Maps, web scraping)
- Provides AI-powered lead scoring and analysis (optional)
- Writes enriched data back to your Airtable base
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- API Keys: Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys for Apify and any optional services (OpenAI, Hunter.io)
- Costs: All costs associated with third-party API usage are your responsibility
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring the data you process complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Compliance: Using the Extension in compliance with Airtable's Terms of Service and all applicable laws
- Data Usage Rights: Ensuring you have the right to process and enrich the data in your Airtable base
Important: You are solely responsible for costs incurred through third-party services. The Extension uses your API keys to make requests to Apify, OpenAI, and Hunter.io. Monitor your usage and billing with these providers directly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Extension to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Process data without proper authorization
- Violate privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Scrape or collect data from websites that prohibit such activity
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Harass, stalk, or harm others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
5. Third-Party Services
The Extension integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for any issues, costs, or damages arising from your use of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property and Ownership
DataHQ owns all intellectual property rights to:
- The Airtable Lead Enricher extension (this Extension)
- The DataHQ Lead Enricher Apify actor
- The Vercel proxy infrastructure
- All associated documentation, code, and services
The Extension source code and documentation are available on GitHub and subject to the license terms specified in the repository. Your use of the Extension does not grant you any ownership rights to the intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of data
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Any damages arising from third-party service failures or costs
- Data loss or corruption in your Airtable base
- Inaccurate or incomplete enrichment results
YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE EXTENSION IS TO STOP USING IT.
9. Data Processing and Privacy
- You remain the data controller for all data processed through the Extension
- You are responsible for ensuring GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy law compliance
- Data Flow: Your data is routed through DataHQ's Vercel proxy to the DataHQ Apify actor for processing. The proxy and actor do not retain copies of your data.
- All processing occurs transiently through DataHQ's infrastructure, with results returned to your Airtable workspace
- Optional third-party services (OpenAI, Hunter.io) are used only if you configure them with your own API keys

10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice
- Update these Terms at any time
- Change features, functionality, or requirements
Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your Airtable workspace. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Extension for violation of these Terms.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Extension developers and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Extension
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Support and Updates
- Support is provided on a best-effort basis through GitHub Issues
- We do not guarantee response times or bug fixes
- Updates may be released periodically but are not guaranteed
- You are responsible for keeping your Extension up to date
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension.
